  •  Return policy

    1. Customer has the right to change the products bought from to other alternative products or get a full refund for the unwanted products within 14 days after receiving the product.

    2. Products are eligible for a refund only if they meet these requirements:

    1. Products were not used.
    2. Products were not damaged.
    3. Products did not loose its selling appearance. 
    4. Products' original packaging was not damaged.

    3.The minimal changes in product packaging, which was necessary for the inspection of the product, is not considered as original packaging damage. All the products must be returned in its original packaging. 

    4. If the customer decides to return the products, he also must return all the original and copy documentation (i.e. invoices etc.) of the purchased items provided by ''.

    5. In the event of return, the customer must contact the 'Kitchen deko' team and fill out the form where the customer must state which products are being returned the the reasoning for the return. 

    6. In case of the product exchange, if the price difference occurs, the customer must pay the difference to the stated 'Kitchen deko' bank account via wire transfer.

    7. In case '' does not have the products that are right for the exchange, the client receives full refund (excluding shipping cost).

    8. Products can only be replaced or returned only if they meet the criteria stated in Section 3 of this return policy. The refund is issued no later than 14 days after the return form is signed. The money paid for the delivery of the product is not refunded.
